RoboMarket provides subscription-based access to proprietary TradingView indicators and trading tools. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. All prices are listed in USD and payable in cryptocurrency (USDT or Bitcoin) through our payment processor.

3.2 Free Trial

A 24-hour free trial is available for new users. No payment information is required for the trial period. After 24 hours, access will be revoked unless you subscribe.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through NowPayments. Transaction fees may apply. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your cryptocurrency wallet for the subscription amount.

3.4 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds due to the digital nature of our product and instant access upon payment. We strongly recommend using the free 24-hour trial before purchasing.

4. Account Access

Access to indicators is granted through TradingView invitation links. Each subscription is valid for one TradingView account only. Sharing access with others is prohibited and may result in termination of service without refund.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our indicators
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to our services
• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or payment systems
• Use automated systems to access our services without authorization

6. Trading Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

7. Intellectual Property

All indicators, algorithms, branding, and content are proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal trading purposes only.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Updates and improvements may be made without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOMARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
